NO DATA FOUND when house range changes integers [54-101] instead of [054-101]

I seem to keep hitting a NO DATA FOUND result whenever the house range jumps another digit. For example, searching for [54-454] Main Street, SomeCity, HI will not return any results, but adding a '0' to make it [054-454] WILL return results. This happens continually whenever the number of digits in the lower range differs from the higher range limit; [99-101], [9010,90210], etc. Is this a bug? Does every user have to be informed of this malresult? As whitepages.com website also has this behavior, does it mean it's not going away?

On another note, is there a way to be notified when someone responds to this post?

I've also noticed this behavior is not consistent with every search that matches the description above. However, once it does happen, which is often enough, the only remedy is to make the low range have the same number of digits as the high range; typically by adding a zero to the beginning of the number.
