PLEASE HELP ME FIND WHO LIVES AT THIS ADDRESS!

I recently paid over $3000 for a PI to help and the only thing I received was a survelience picture of a house, supposedly at the address he gave me, but would not give me a name of owner, I would have had to pay him more $$$ for any more info.
So, I have spent many hours myself on internet on all search sites, that cost me more$$$, all I get is that there is no such address that exists.
YEA! I KNOW I WAS SCR______D. BUT I AM NOT GIVING UP.
THIS INFO IS MOST IMPORTANT, BECAUSE THE CORRECT INFO MAY HELP ME DECIDE MY FUTURE LIFE LONG PLANS.

If you have only one, two or ten addresses and you would like to find out who they belong too we suggest using our main website.

There isn't anything you can get from this API that isn't already available at that address.

I was bothered by this number many times, so I need to know who such a "nice" person is.

You can try our reverse address search but if that doesn't help i would suggest google maps or maps.live.com. live.com should have an aerial view.
You might also try the tax records for Texas. A list of appraisal districts by county are available here:
