It looks like my account was disabled? I was testing parsing the xml yesterday and it was working all day until the evening. I don't THINK I had gone over my 200 request or 2 per second limit, but maybe I did? Can I get unlocked? I promise I'll be good and save the XML down to my machine for testing locally and implement some rate limiting...
Side note on that... is there a way to query what your current remaining requests and reset time threshold are?
